Be present on Wikidata to boost your visibility
We create and upload your Wikidata record so that its data is taken into account by the algorithms of the major search engines, voice assistants and generative artificial intelligences.

Why bother with Wikidata?
Wikidata is still little-known to the general public, yet it powers a large proportion of the content visible on the web: Wikipedia infoboxes, Google (Knowledge Panel) sidebars, voice assistants, search engines, generative AI… A well-constructed Wikidata record strengthens your online presence in a sustainable, neutral and structured way. More than 117 million entities already have one.
Be visible in Google search results… even without a Wikipedia page
Google makes extensive use of Wikidata data to feed its Knowledge Graph. This is what enables the display of information boxes on the right-hand side of search results, particularly for people, companies and institutions. These panels are often based on Wikidata, even in the absence of a Wikipedia page.
Appear in responses from generative AIs (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.)
AI models such as ChatGPT, Claude, Mistral and Gemini rely heavily on Wikidata to structure their responses. Wikidata records are easily read by these AIs, which extract facts, dates, links or authority links.
Wikidata is therefore a lever for GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
Provide reliable answers to internet users
Many Internet users search directly for “objective” information about an entity (person, brand, company, event…). When a Wikidata record is well structured, it is visible on several sites: Wikipedia, Google, Commons, search engines… This gives you control over the data associated with your name or activity in the spaces where your audiences are looking for you.
Improve your website’s organic search ranking (SEO)
Wikidata allows you to associate a record with a website, a SIREN identifier, a Twitter or LinkedIn account, a logo, contact details… This enriched data can be automatically retrieved by Google and reinforce the semantic tagging of your online presence (via Schema.org, JSON-LD…).
Contribute to a strategic digital commons
By creating or enriching a Wikidata record, you are taking part in a free, decentralized and universal project. Your data becomes translatable into over 280 languages, accessible to all, and interoperable with hundreds of platforms and databases. It’s a commitment to transparency, open dissemination of information and digital sovereignty.

Frequently asked questions
How does this service work?
Contact us by e-mail. After checking your eligibility, we’ll send you a personalized quote. Once validated, we create and publish your listing within 7 days, asking you at the very least to validate certain key information. We will then keep a watchful eye on you for a month.
Is my Wikidata entry online for life?
Wikidata is a collaborative, long-term database. A properly published, well-sourced and structured entry remains online for the long term. However, as on Wikipedia, any entry can be modified or deleted by the community if it does not respect the project’s criteria or contains major errors. That’s why we make sure that all entries are rigorously created and compliant.
Do I have to pay a recurring subscription to keep my listing online for life?
No. Once your listing has been created and published, no subscription is required. The service is billed only once. Long-term monitoring options are available on request, but are optional.
Am I sure I’m eligible for Wikidata?
Eligibility for Wikidata is more flexible than for Wikipedia, but is still based on certain criteria. We check your eligibility before you create your entry.
Can I have my Wikidata entry in several languages?
Yes, Wikidata is multilingual by nature. A single entry can contain labels, descriptions and data translated into as many languages as required (over 280). We can help you structure these translations if required. However, this cannot be automated.
Will my Wikidata entry appear in Google when someone types in my name?
Yes, indirectly. Wikidata records feed Google’s Knowledge Panels, Wikipedia’s infoboxes, and other areas visible in search results. However, their impact depends on a number of factors: awareness, links with other data, search context, etc.
On the other hand, your Wikidata record is not displayed directly to Internet users; it is primarily designed for tools that exploit structured data (engines, AI, voice assistants, etc.).
How much does it cost to create a Wikidata record with Wikiconsult?
The creation of a Wikidata entry in one language is invoiced at $800 VAT included. This fee includes documentary research, writing and uploading of the record, validation back and forth with you, as well as one month’s post-publication monitoring.
