Edit and optimize your Wikipedia page
Updates, rebalancing of information, removal of banners: let us manage your page in compliance with the encyclopedia’s rules to maximize its accuracy and completeness.

How do I edit a Wikipedia page?
You send us an e-mail to request the modification of your Wikipedia page.
We will offer you support tailored to your situation and send you a quote.
If you approve the quotation, you can send us a copy-paste of the existing page with your ideal modification requirements.
We conduct our own extensive research to identify quality sources to support and enhance the page.
Within 7 days, we’ll send you a counter-proposal of possible modifications that comply with all Wikipedia’s expectations, and we’ll send it to you for validation.
We then upload these changes via our accounts, in line with Wikipedia’s expectations of transparency.
We carry out a one-month watch (or longer if you wish).
We recommend that you update your page no more than once a year, as Wikipedia is not intended to be a news and communication site.

Frequently asked questions
Can I send you the new version of the page I drafted?
We understand that you may want to provide your own new version, but working from an existing text is often more complicated than it seems. Wikipedia imposes a very specific style, structure and sourcing rules, difficult to master without experience.
Writing for Wikipedia requires technical expertise: knowing which sources are admissible, how to remain neutral, and using the right formats. It’s often more efficient to start from scratch than to correct an out-of-date draft.
We’ve put in place a tried-and-tested method that guarantees compliance with Wikipedia rules right from the start. We’ll take your document into account, of course, but bear in mind that not everything can be preserved.
How do you work with Wikipedia’s volunteer contributors?
On English Wikipedia, paid contributors may not directly edit articles. We therefore follow the rules on conflicts of interest by submitting our proposals on the discussion pages, for validation by the community. Each request is argued, sourced and written according to neutrality and verifiability standards. This process often takes a few days to a few weeks: we manage it from start to finish for you.
In other language versions of Wikipedia (as in French), it is possible to intervene directly, as long as this is done transparently, in the interests of the project, and in good understanding with the other contributors. We adapt our approach to each context, always respecting the rules of the platform.
Do you have Wikipedia administrators on your team?
No, we don’t employ Wikipedia administrators. Administrators don’t have superior editorial power: they simply have additional technical tools at their disposal. Our efficiency is based on mastery of Wikipedia’s rules, not on privileges, which are useless for lasting modifications.
Do you offer any guarantees of results?
No, we do not guarantee acceptance of edits, and any company or freelancer that does would be misleading. Wikipedia is a collaborative platform run by volunteers who respect the rules. No one can guarantee the publication of any content, especially if it does not meet the encyclopedia’s criteria.
Our approach is based on transparency, integrity and compliance with Wikipedia rules. It’s the only sustainable way to work on the encyclopedia.
How much does it cost to edit a Wikipedia page?
The minimum charge for a page modification is $1,400 excluding VAT for a minor modification. In most cases, the rate is between $2,000 to $4,000 plus VAT. It may be higher, depending on the length of the page, its background and the complexity of the subject. The exact price will be communicated to you at the time of quotation.
This price includes the writing of the new version of the page (content and form), 1 round trip between us and you, submission to Wikipedia via one of our accounts and a one-month watch including exchanges with encyclopedia contributors.
